Angel Maid Booking Terms & Conditions Summary:
1. Booking One of Our Angels
Our Angel services are intended for mature individuals and couples who are 21 years and older. Absolutely no one under the age of 21 is permitted to be in the residence or office during the scheduled appointment time. This includes children and babies.
Appointments for couples are limited to a maximum of (2) people. To book an
appointment, clients must agree to our terms of service and provide a valid ID matching the booking prior to the start of service. All services must be paid in full prior to the start of service. All bookings will be manually confirmed with you by an Angel Maid LLC representative. If Angel Maid LLC is unable to confirm an appointment, the appointment may be canceled. An open time slot on www.Angelmaidny.com does not guarantee availability. Services are booked hourly. Hourly service is based solely on time purchased. There is no guarantee, based on the amount of time you purchase, regarding the scope of items, areas, and quality of cleanings performed. To become a client, you must first register and create a Client Account. You must provide a valid email address, a username and a password, or authenticate yourself using a valid Twitter or
Google account. Your password should be unique (meaning that it is different from those you use for other websites) and must comply with the technical requirements for the composition of passwords, which requirements are disclosed on our website.
To register as a client, you must be at least 21 years old, and you will be required to confirm that the laws of the country (and/or State/province) where you live provide that you are legally accessing our Website under any laws which apply to you. If you do not
meet the above requirements, you must not access or use our website.
2. Code of Conduct
Angel Maid LLC is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our customers and our Angels. Angel Maid LLC does not promote, solicit, or condone any type of illegal activities. Our Angels’ personal space and boundaries must be respected while they are in your home. Do not disrespect or verbally degrade the Angel. Absolutely NO touching is permitted, nor will it be tolerated. If any Angel is treated inappropriately or has their space violated, then the service will immediately be terminated, and no refunds will be issued. All Angels will be accompanied in the home by their Angel Assistant.
3. Photography & Video Policy
Absolutely no photography or video of any kind is acceptable while the Angel is present for your appointment and extends for the entirety of their scheduled visit. This includes and is not limited to cell phones, interior security and nanny cameras, or any other camera or recording device. If you are caught taking photos or videos of an Angel, your appointment will immediately be terminated, and your payment will not be refunded. If, despite our rules, any such images are made and publicly distributed, the Client will be solely responsible for any resulting legal liability, and we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and any person who is harmed thereby.
4. Service Area and Travel Surcharge
Angel Maid LLC proudly serves all of Long Island. All rates quoted apply for Nassau County. A travel surcharge may apply for all other bookings. The surcharge is based on mileage and calculated by travel distance from Wantagh, NY to your appointment location.
5. Costume Request
Costume requests can be made at the time of booking. Our ability to accept requests is based on the availability of costumes. Prices vary based on each costume request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill all requests. We will provide you with a quote for the costume request fee before confirming your appointment.
6. Angel Rewards
There are a few things to keep in mind about the “Angel Rewards” Program, which Clients can take advantage of to earn “Wings”, or credits for future service. Wings can only be earned from paid hourly services. You can earn one (1) set of Wings for every paid hourly service. Twelve (12) pairs of Wings can be redeemed for a complimentary 1 hour service. Minimum service requirements still apply. Wings cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Wings have no expiration date; so you can use them at any time.
7. Gratuities
Our Angels work extremely hard to ensure you have an incredible experience. A 15% Angel gratuity is added to your payment at the time of booking. If you enjoyed your service, an additional cash gratuity is acceptable and greatly appreciated by our Angels.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee. Cancellations 2 to 6 days prior to appointment may be rescheduled within 60 days of original appointment date. Appointments canceled 48 hours or less prior to appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee

At Angel Maid LLC the privacy of our customers and staff is taken very seriously. All client information is kept completely confidential. Only your name and address will be shared with the Angels that will be arriving at your home. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties. We understand that some of our customers may prefer to keep their Angel services discreet. We offer discreet billing by default, which means that your credit card statement will only show the name of our Company, not the type of service you received from our Company. We are committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your confidentiality.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Angel Maid LLC reserves the right to refuse service and cancel appointments at any time. Any appointment canceled by Angel Maid LLC prior to arriving for a service will receive a full refund. Any services terminated due to a client’s breach of Terms and Conditions will not receive a refund. If the Angel arrives and is unable to enter the home or office, the appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. We understand that this may seem like a harsh policy, but it is necessary to protect our Angels and our business. We will never refuse service to a customer for discriminatory reasons. We may refuse service if the customer is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or is abusive or threatening to our Angels.
11. Availability of Cleaning Supplies
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary cleaning supplies and materials for the Angel to complete their expected tasks. Your Angel will work to the best of their ability with what is provided, but it is important to be prepared. Please visit the FAQ page to view a list of recommended cleaning supplies.
12. Angel Assistant
All Angels are accompanied to their appointments by an Angel Assistant. The Angel Assistant will arrive with the Angel wearing standard Angel Maid attire. The Angel Assistant will be responsible for verifying that your identification matches that of the booking. They will also participate in the initial walk-through with you and the Angel. Once the walk-through is completed, they will remain in the home and out of the way for the entirety of your appointment. This policy is in place for both the safety of the Angels and the customers. The Angel Assistant can help to deter any unwanted behavior and
can also help to resolve any disputes that may arise.
13. Damages
Angel Maid LLC will be free of liability for any claim of damages from the use of
customer-supplied home cleaning and laundering products and supplies.
14. Pets
All pets that will remain inside the home during the time of the Angels visit must be completely secured and kept away from any area in which the Angel is expected to work.

Angelic Sunrise
Your angel will pour and serve you your preferred morning beverage then proceed to freshen your master bedroom. This service includes general tidying of the room, changing the linens, wiping down flat surfaces, (e.g. counter tops, tv, mirrors, etc.), trash removal, and vacuuming floors.
